• Damaged or Spoiled Products: Fresh fruits and vegetables delivered in damaged or spoiled condition.
• Wrong Product Delivered: The product received is different from what was ordered.
• Product Mismatch: The product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website.
• Manufacturing Defects: Spices or other non-perishable items found to have a manufacturing defect.

2. Refund Process

• Fresh Fruits and Vegetables:
  Customers must report any issues within 12 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Upon validation, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement free of cost.
• Spices and Non-Perishables:
  Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

• The product is not in its original condition.
• The return request is made after the stipulated time window.

5. Seasonal and Promotional Items
